Importerror No Module Named 'dateutil' Python 3

Hey,This is my first script in python, I came from PHP/Perl so im trying to learn how the flow of python is since we use it for our day to day business code. EG this is my intro into python.so im working on a script to get the most recent twitter status updates (does some other stuff with the feed as well) and I need to take the date they give me and turn it into a mysql NOW date format. Which I figured out that I need to start with the dateutilSo heres what I have (not the whole script, and yes ive got dateutil.parse and datetime imported).
